Bumper weekend ahead

Our summer programs are underway right across the state and this weekend looms as one of our busiest ever.

The fiesta of Foot-O starts Friday afternoon with Grafton Street-O, a great initiative in one of our expansion areas and drawing lots of newcomers and families.

On Saturday morning we have our schools series at Normanhurst Boys HS, followed by the wildly popular Halloween-themed Spooks in the Park gearing up for its third year - we expect around 800 excited primary schoolers at Centennial Park for that in the afternoon.

On Sunday our regional clubs are in the thick of it - Waggaroos are at Pomingalarna on the edge of town where they hosted State League 14 last month, Southern Highlands have their free club relays at Picton, Western Plains resume at CSU Dubbo and Newcastle start their BOSS mountain bike series at Killingworth.

Sydneysiders have the opening Southern SSS at Sandringham on Sunday afternoon, and the second event in the Western SSS at Bella Vista on Monday.

There's something for everyone. For full details of each, see our Eventor page.
