Club/ONSW Membership 

Choose your club from one Orienteering NSW’s 14 clubs and enjoy all the benefits of being part of a friendly, active community, not only across NSW but across Australia and around the world. Your fee covers membership of your chosen club and through your club, the state association (ONSW).

2024 Membership Fees 

On 21 November 2023, the ONSW Board approved the following Membership Fees for 2024.

1 Available in Eventor on 1 December of the preceding year thereby offering new members a 13 month membership. 

2 Remote Clubs are Bush ‘n’ Beach, Hastings Orienteering Group, Northern Tablelands, Goldseekers, and Wagga and Riverina (ref ONSW Manual 3.4). 

3 This rate applies to all junior members, i.e. Voting Juniors aged 18-20 (ref ONSW Constitution 2021) and Juniors aged 0-17.

Please note: There will no longer be a Half Year Membership. 

Membership for each year will open 1 December of the preceding year for new and renewing memberships e.g. 1 December 2023 for 2024 Calendar Year.

Financial benefits

Discount on all NSW orienteering event entry fees (typically $4 per event) – a great financial benefit.

 Reciprocal membership discounts when orienteering in other states – offered automatically through orienteering’s Australia-wide online event entry system, Eventor. Entry of International events and reciprocal member discounts is another benefit.

 Junior members who are at school can access the NSW government Active Kids vouchers for event entry fees.
