ONSW is putting on a special Sprint workshop on Sat Feb 26 at Sydney Olympic Park.

 

It will be led by IOF Senior Event Adviser Nick Dent with special input from OA Head Coach Tash Key and junior world champ Aston Key (depending on covid situation).

 

This workshop is for runners who want to get better at Sprint O, setters who want to learn the tips and tricks of Sprint O, and controllers seeking accreditation or who just want to ensure a quality event.

 

Cost $30 inc morning tea and lunch. Parking provided.
