Sydney MetrO League Round 4 is on a new Garingal map at Scheyville near Windsor on Sunday.Scheyville is one of the best orienteering areas close to Sydney. If you:
- haven't done much bush orienteering, it is a great area to learn to read contours and use a compass.
- are an old hand, it's mostly open, with enough detail to be interesting - just steer clear of the green.
- lack fitness, there are no big hills and no rock.
There will be no Enter on Day and no allocated start times. Vulnerable people can start from 9.30-10am, everyone else from 10-11am.
Pre-entry closes 6pm Saturday, whether you are running in a team or casually.
Participants are asked to arrive, warm up, start when ready, cool down in their marked area and leave. Read the important notes in Eventor for who is allowed to participate and how the event will be conducted.
In welcome news, car parking fees do NOT apply for this event.
