For those of us in Greater Sydney, Blue Mountains, Wollongong and Central Coast commencing our 2 week stay at home period a reminder that our Permanent Orienteering courses are still available for use. The Government Health orders do not allow organised community sport in this period but do allow exercise outdoors in groups of no more than 10 which is perfect for individuals or small groups to utilise these courses.

There are now 8 different venues across Sydney to choose from with the two new very recent courses opened at Cockatoo Island and West Pymble joining the existing courses at Fox Valley, Chatswood West, Headland Park, Curl Curl Lagoon, Sydney Olympic Park and Centennial Park.

More details and instructions on how to set up and use MapRun here. Note that there is now a new version of MapRun called MapRun6 which you can download but MapRunF also still works. For those with Garmin devices you can also download and install MapRunG on your watch which then eliminates having to also run with your phone.
