Consultation Paper - Financial Model: OA and Member States

OA has initiated a discussion with Member States on financial models for the provision of member services by Orienteering Australia to its Member States/Territories.  The consultation paper considers how to deal with the structural deficit that Orienteering Australia is now facing in delivering effective member services. Three options have been presented for consultation. The ONSW Board has not yet determined its position and is seeking input from Member Clubs and individual ONSW members with regard to the options proposed.
