Gun BarrelSydney Sprint #6 at Georges Heights treated orienteers to gun barrel views of the Heads as they navigated their way at high speed around the 2.7km course. Old defensive positions, complete with cannon, provided quirky control sites as well as great photo opportunities.

Georges HeightsFamiliar names topped the race with Patrik Gunnarson blazing his way to win the event in 16.13 with Michael Burton second in 17.21. NSW Carbine Matthew Hill had a great run in 17.24 to come third overall and hold off Eoin Rothery to fourth place.  Tracy Marsh was the first woman home, with Marina Ishakova and Paula Shingler taking the other women's podium spots.
