The Sydney Sprint Series starts on Sunday February 21 in the fiendish track network at Boronia Park.

Sprints are the short format of orienteering with winning times typically around 15 minutes. There are lots of controls and many changes of direction.

Locations are often built-up areas, but bush maps sometimes offer as good a sprint challenge.

The start window for these events is 5-6pm and three courses will be on offer: Hard (3.5-4km), Medium (2.5-3km) and Easy (2km).

Please pre-enter where possible. You can see the series schedule here.

Looking for more Sprint events / training? The hugely popular SOS starts on Saturday morning at Normanhurst Boys HS (offering the mind-boggling 3D courses again) and Mawarra PS.
