For junior orienteerers 15yo and under in 2024
It is time to start filling in the Junior Participation Diaries for the Wattle (50pts), Banksia (75pts) and Waratah (100+pts) Awards.
All NSW juniors collect 10 points for participation in each major event (NSW State League events, Easter events , Australian Championships events, other National Orienteering League events)
Regional clubs juniors collect 10 points for all other events.
Sydney clubs juniors collect 5 points for all other events

Orienteering Australia is pleased to announce the team to ride against New Zealand in the ANZ Challenge during the forthcoming Australian MTBO Champs to be held in the ACT on 18-20 October 2024.
The team was chosen by the Australian Selection Panel: Ricky Thackray, Joel Young and Kay Haarsma. The Championships will consist of four events with a mass start, middle, sprint and long distances. This is the first time that ACT has hosted the Champs.
The team is as follows:
W21 - Maya Bennette, Cathy Hogg (sprint, middle, long), Natalie Schmitzer (mass start) and Rebekah Sunley
M21 - Seb Dunne, Alex Randall, Will Whittington and Mark Bourne (res)
W40 - Kate Gavens and Melanie Kent
M40 - Gavin Bennette, Ricky Thackray, Joel Young and Hamish Mackie (res)
W50 - Lisa Dodds, Carolyn Jackson, Eva Kovacs and Mary Fien (res)
