The year is rapidly closing, which means it's time to renew your membership - or join one of our friendly clubs.
Members receive discounted entry fees, a subscription to the quarterly Australian Orienteer magazine, and a range of other benefits - not to mention the collegiality of being a member of a club.
By renewing or joining now you will be entitled to members' rates for the rest of 2015 and all of 2016.
And in more good news, an upgrade to Eventor means it's now much easier to do that. Family renewals in particular can now be done in a few short steps. See the Eventor FAQ page for details.

Junior orienteers and their families are invited to join ACT families at the annual Blue Sparks camp this weekend, at Braidwood.
This year our ACT hosts Toni Brown and David Poland will have two elite coaches (Theo from France and Emil from Sweden), and some great learning opportunities.
The true value of this training is the bringing together of children AND THEIR PARENTS to learn what is really great about orienteering.
Facilities will include a small kitchenette, microwave, kettle, electricity, toaster, gas BBQ, tank water and taps, an outdoor warm shower, a beautiful swimming hole, a small picturesque gorge, lots of lovely bush and a very large awning over a large concrete slab for communal meals.
Please bring chairs, tents, sleeping bags, food to share, compass, orienteering gear, large headlight each for night activities, warm clothes as it can be cool, sunscreen, hat, an old pair of runners to wear in the swimming hole to protect feet.
Please don't bring thongs – closed in shoes or runners must be worn at all times.
Hopefully you will get to see a platypus, some kangaroos and wombats.

The next of our regional summer series to get underway is on the Central Coast on Sunday morning, when Nick Dent hosts us at The Haven at Terrigal.
This is a beautiful spot by the ocean, and the 1:5000 map is ideal for newcomers and families to get into orienteering.
Starts are from 9-11am and it's the usual 45-minute score course format. The series is open to everyone.
The Central Coast Summer Series details include links to the assembly locations in Eventor.
Meanwhile, Waggaroos kick off their summer series on Thursday November 26 at Lake Albert.
And this Saturday is the last of our northern Sydney-based SOS for the year, at Cherrybrook Technology HS. The series resumes in Term 1 of 2016 on February 6 at Bicentennial Park, West Pymble.
