Duncan, Georgia star in Disney shoot

Our long-awaited Saturday Disney shoot took place at Centennial Park last Friday, and what budding TV stars Duncan Currie (GO) and Georgia Jones (UR) turned out to be!
Working from a very light-hearted script, the two ONSW junior representatives acted out their roles as expert coaches with great humour and precision as presenters Candice and Teigan fumbled their way around the sandstone ridge area in the north of the park.
Duncan and Georgia also got a taste of how time-consuming the film industry can be: takes and retakes, different camera angles, airplane noise disruptions, variable light... and dogs on their morning walk constantly interrupting the filming.
The eight-minute segment took the Disney crew all day to shoot, plus editing time back in the studios. Duncan and Georgia were done in a bit under three hours. It will air in the coming weeks and we will let you know the date as soon as possible.
