There is no family membership only individual membership. However, all family members can be added during the same membership application and can be paid for with a single payment. A family maximum membership payment (for 2026 this is $150 p.a.) also applies, to a maximum of two adult (senior) memberships.
Step 1 Identify your club
ONSW membership is club based.
Most clubs have a particular geographic identity, but there is no requirement for you to join the club in your area. Having friends in a club that does not identify itself with your area, for example, is quite a valid reason for joining that club. Go to the Clubs page for more information about each club.
Step 2 Online (Eventor)
Create an account and join a club on Eventor - Orienteering Australia's membership and events system. Click here.
