Reason for Update and Relevance: This is a new policy and register to complement the Equal Prize Money Plan which ONSW produced in 2024 as a Milestone requirement of the Organisation Support Program (OSP). It formalises prize money policy for ONSW and Member Clubs, outlines the reporting and endorsement requirements, and establishes a register for historical purposes.
The Register will be updated when prize money for events is proposed, changed or recurs. When an event already listed is conducted in a subsequent year, a new entry will be made in the Register to ensure it remains a historical register. The Board will endorse the register changes as and when required. NOTE 4.2: Within 30 days of the introduction of this policy, Member Clubs must advise the ONSW Secretary of any existing prize money arrangements which are not currently listed in the ONSW Prize Money Register. This information will then be incorporated into the Prize Money Register. |
